So time for a rant! 

I spend a lot of time, effort and money on my photos and website content.  I write everything myself.  Writing is something I enjoy and it all flows so easily, however, it doesn't mean it's ok for someone to come along and rip it off!

So Milan... Can I just say I'm already planning when to go back!  

First of all the people are definitely the most friendliest I've met thus far - aside from Caribbeans of course :) 
I had so many helpful locals trying their best to direct me in English.  At least 60%...

Organising tours can be draining, but overseas tours is a whole different ball game.

There's so many different aspects to take into consideration.  

I'm happy I've got three awesome buddies to travel with - I'll post more on this later.

I can't say I'm excited. ,These days any holiday or anything that can impact on work severely irks me! Still, I am trying my hardest to get Christmas spirit, especially as a chap tried to kiss me under some kind of stick and leaves he had in a bar!
